I cant find a casio keyboard ctk593 adapter on amazon. can anyone help?

first of all we don't know what your adapter is going into. if your looking for a midi cord, then you dont need one specific to that keyboard. getting any midi cord will work. other than that, there is nothing more that we can really do.
