Where should I keep my horse?

personally I would chose the 8 acres since it is private. I just dont like peoples input at boarding facilities it seems to take away from me and my horse with all the drama small talk etc. I keep my horses at home now and Im not barrel racing any more but when I was my horse couldnt wait to get out on the trails, she got really tired of arena work so even though I have one we did a lot of trail work. I would just stay at the small family farm;)
