Busch gardens VA. Is it good compared to disneyland, universal studios?

Are the rides kiddish? Whats good about busch gardens? Can you finish exploring the park in one day? I heard about six flags and cedar point that they are comparable and very intensely good. But they are so far! Any other good parks on the east coast before South Carolina?
