I have music that i didn't import with itunes so i don't have the real tags, is there a FREE way to do that?

on my computer i have itunes and an ipod, i want my wma files in itunes so i can hear them on my ipod, i found out how to convert them into acc and i hope that it will play on my ipod, but since i didn't import the songs straight into itunes it won't get the song names for me and it's like 400 songs so i can't type them in my self also i don't have the real cds to re-import them i need a FREE way to get the real tags for the unnamed songs,thanks. also i need help with a free way to put dvds into my ipod thanks for any help!!!!!!!
