Why not save money by outsourcing prisons to another country? Send convicts to prisons in Vietnam or China?

The convicts made a choice. They are costing us working people too much. Let those rapists and child molesters do the time in a prison outside our borders and pay 1/3 what we pay our own prison staff. Hey, most other jobs have left the country.
