School lunch healthiness help! PLEASE?

I highly doubt it. Those are pre-measured exact quantities say exactly 9 chips, exactly 1/4 cup chili, and so on. A school is packed and very busy. They will not take the time to measure that exactly. So the 9 chips can become a random handful up to 20 chips or more, that 1/4 cup chili could come 3/4, and so on with the other ingredients. They are busy trying to feed you so you cant blame them. You should pack your own lunch if you are worried.
