Why is she doing this?

my sister is dating my our stepbrother and the family is really torn about this. we tried talking to her and my dad and stepmom is beside themselves but my sister insists it's not a big deal since he's only our stepbrother but i don't see it that way and they have even been intimate and it's possible she could be pregnant, what do we do?
