Vasectomy reversal? help pls

can you get this done free on the NHS or do you have to pay privately to have it done? My husband is 27 and has only had a vasectomy for nearly 3 years now but we would like to attempt a reversal but don't know if the NHS in UK will do it free like they did with the vasectomy.
