Earth 2 Question: Was Devon also "chromo enhanced" (for business and industry) like Julia was for medicine?

I considered this once but I think its more likely she was just the very privileged daughter of one of the richest families on the stations. She was privy to the best education money could buy. I'm sure it crossed their minds to do it but they were already in the top tier of station society so why risk it? She had to deal with the lower cles in getting her stations built and they were probably where the most distrust or prejudice would come from--the ordinary working joes trying to pay off indentured debts and having a hard time existing. I think Devon was just well trained to carry on after her father.
