Do you think that child molesters can stop? If they are truely sorry?

Really most child molesters can'r really help, they want that feeling all the time. Not all molestors start of in a clean way, Most people are scarred from a position in which they were in. The environment they lived in also. BUT im not sure that all molesters can't change. Some molesters can change due to the level they are at. But then again most of them have already done too much of what they've done, And they can't help it.
