Would Republicans repeal Obamacare?

Would, hypothetically, a Republican President and Republican controlled congress in 2013 agressively pursue the repeal of Obamacare? Would the Republican party frm now on, always be the party championing the repeal of obamacare? If so does that mean that Obamacare is really temporary untill a Republican Congress and President come to power?
