Verizon termination fee?

I currently have a enV Touch phone with a family plan, and Verizon is currently hosting a promotion that includes all Droid phones for up to $100.00 off. However, I am not eligible for upgrade until June of 2012 (bought the device on a 2 year agreement in June of '10). If I decide to purchase an HTC Incredible during this promotion along with a 2 year contract, will I be penalized with an early termination fee?
