Now that Fallout:New Vegas is out, Where's the Elder Scrolls 5 announcement?

The hype and hysteria of F:NV has died down, and i'd ume that a new game announcement at this point wouldn't hurt sales. So, with that in mind, why haven't they announced the next installment for Elder Scrolls?
