Is it possible to re-chamber an M14 to fire 7.62x39mm?

It already can fire the 7.62x51 NATO so, is it possible to re-chamber it to fire a less powerful 7.62 mm round, such as the 7.62x39 or even the 7.62x25mm Tokarev handgun round? I know its easier to just buy a gun that is already chambered for that caliber but, I just want to know if its possible.
