Does my character sound realistic? What should I change? BE BRUTALLY HONEST?

If you plan on making her a legitimately unlikable person, then I'd say she's pretty well fleshed out. If you plan on presenting her as a sympathetic or cool character, though, make her plain-looking to balance out the flaws that could be perceived as -ness. Also, maybe go a bit more in-depth about her relationship with her parents. But it sounds good.
